Registered Behavior Technician
What you’ll do: Provide 1:1 sessions in our center, run goals through play, collect data, and communicate daily wins to cyaregivers.
What ou bring: RBT credential—or we’ll help you train; patience, reliability, and a warm presence with kids and families.
Behavior Consultant
What you’ll do: Support assessment, write goals, plan sessions, mentor techs, and provide hands-on parent coaching.
What you bring: LBS (or eligible); early-learner experience; collaborative mindset; dependable follow-through.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
What you’ll do: Lead assessments and treatment for early learners, coach families, supervise RBTs, and use data to drive meaningful, generalized outcomes.
What you bring: BCBA certification (required); LBS/LBS-Eligible preferred; strength in coaching and collaboration; early-intervention or center-based experience a plus.
